Kerala is hailing a new star and that is none other than Mega Star Ram Charan; it is an amazing fact that Cherry’s film Yevadu is released as Bhaiyya-My Brother (dubbed in Malayalam) in the state and it has managed to generate around 1.5 crore business in the matter of just 8 days.
Should we say another feather in the cap of Cherry? We guess the people of Kerala were bored of the serious cinema and Bhaiyya-My Brother seems to be a breather for them. Mollywood as we know concentrates in making more of meaningful and realistic films in comparison to the massy flicks.
But Bhaiyya-My Brother, which is an action-entertainer, is certainly a glamorous film (larger than life) for the audience there and Charan’s antics in the film must have literally blown out their senses. The Malayalam audience is familiar with yet another actor Allu Arjun whose films have fared well in the state and he seems to have a good fan-following. And incidentally as we already aware that Bunny plays a cameo in Bhaiyya- My Brother, well does that mean the swift business of the film is actually because of Bunny? We guess not!
