Couple of days back we have reported an article on Vishnu Manchu’s open letter to movie letters. It was about his endorsement to technology that’s used by RGV to bring down the cost of production.
The actor has been having a successful run as actor as well as producer in the industry ever since he debuted in 2003. But what he wants to do now can amaze us. As a token of thanks to the industry that gave him life and persona Vishnu decided to make a documentary about the 100 years of Telugu cinema and dedicate it to the industry.
The initiate got good encouragement from his actor-producer dad Mohan Babu and Vishnu is doing this as a non-profit documentary, and dedicate as contribution from the Manchu family to the industry. It is learnt that the project would cost the actor close to Rs 6 crores and it will have all the milestones that the industry has seen during its journey of 100 years.
We are simply speechless at this wonderful thought and initiative by this young actor! May the industry have more souls like you Vishnu!
